Refund policy

PickTry sells digital files. Once a file is delivered to your library, we generally do not refund it.

If the file is missing, corrupt, or the wrong product, email support@picktry.com. We will replace the file or fix the order.

If you were charged in error, or you never received access, write to us with your order number and we will sort it.

Refunds, when we agree to one, go back through the same method you paid with.
