Quick answers about shopping on picktry.com
- What does PickTry sell?
Digital products only: bundles, creative assets, ebooks and guides, learning resources, software and tools, and templates and trackers. Courses will come later. Nothing physical is shipped.
- How do I get my files?
After payment, the download is sent to your email and shown on your order page. Use a working email at checkout.
- I did not get my download. What should I do?
Check spam, then email support@picktry.com with your order number. If the file never arrived or will not open, we will resend it.
- Do you offer refunds?
No refund after a product has been delivered. A refund is considered only if we fail to deliver the product, and only after PickTry checks and approves it. Approved website refunds take 5–10 days. Social media orders take 3–7 days, plus bank or payment-gateway time. Amounts below BDT 199 cannot be refunded through the gateway; you get the same product again or another product of equal value.
- Can I share or resell the files?
No. You get a personal license unless a product page clearly says otherwise.
- What currency do you use?
Prices are in BDT.
