1. About these terms
   These terms cover picktry.com and purchases from PickTry. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
2. What we sell
   PickTry sells digital products only, including bundles, creative assets, ebooks and guides, learning resources, software and tools, and templates and trackers. No physical goods are shipped. Prices are shown in BDT and can change at any time.
3. Accounts and orders
   Give a working email. Download links go to that email and to your order page. You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for checking product details before you pay.
4. Payment and delivery
   Payment is taken in full at checkout. After payment, files are delivered by download or email. Delivery is complete when the download is made available.
5. Warning
   You may not resell, share, upload to free sites, or claim PickTry files as your own product unless a listing clearly says you can.
6. Refunds
   Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: no money-back refund after a product has been delivered. A refund is considered only if we fail to deliver the product, and only after PickTry verifies and approves it. Approved refunds take 5–10 days for website orders and 3–7 days for social media orders, plus any bank or payment-gateway time. Amounts below BDT 199 cannot be refunded through the gateway; you must accept the same product or another product of equal value.
7. Our content
   The PickTry name, logo, site design, and product files remain our property, except for the license you receive after purchase.
8. Acceptable use
   Do not misuse the site, attempt to break checkout or downloads, or use products in a way that breaks these terms.
9. Limits
   We provide products as described. We are not responsible for lost profits or problems caused by how you use a file, except where the law does not allow that limit.
10. Changes
    We can update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do.
